Happy Halloween!!

Up about 2 lbs. from last months weigh in. I figured as much so I'm not surprised. I really need to get back on track. I don't want to be even higher than my starting weight after Christmas. I'm going to have to start kicking my butt!

I didn't end up getting a workout in last night, but I did manage to get out of bed and get one done this morning. I'm going to try for a workout tomorrow morning too, but it will depend on how late we're out trick-or-treating tonight. It did feel really good this morning.

My eating wasn't super horrible, but could have been better yesterday. Today, I'm hoping I can resist the temptaions of cookies and candy at the office, and then at home too. I'm going to allow myself at least a piece of candy and work it into my calories, but I'm going to try to stay on track and only eat the foods I brought to work today. The bad thing will be if my aunt makes us a pumpkin pie. She usually does for Halloween, so if we have that to take home I may eat a piece, but only a small one then I can skip the candy. :)

Have a great Halloween!!

Well, at least one piece of pumpkin pie has two daily servings of Vitamin A.

Great job at getting a workout done this morning! And just think, there will be lots of walking tonight with the trick or treaters, so that's a bonus too! Sounds like you're a feeling better...so enjoy a piece of pie. Pumpkin is a vegetable!! Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween to you, hope you guys have a great time tonight trick-or-treating! Our little town's trick-or-treat is tonight, I bought some candy and am hoping that we at least get one kid, although I doubt we will (the price you pay for living in the middle of the woods, lol)...anyways, I'm glad you are feeling better and it seems like you are back to working out and that's great! Pumpkin pie is awesome, please eat a piece and enjoy it :)

Thanks!! I've resisted almost the whole day. The cookies are gone, and I didn't touch them, now it's just to make it out without candy. I'm going to eat my yogurt and hope I can make it. I'm thinking if we do get pie I'm going to really enjoy that piece! :)
