I am doing well. Diet on track - sort of - had some cake items last night but stayed below desired intake.

:) Hi Bren, I went shopping tonight and last night and got lots of stuff like vegetables and fish. This weekend I will try to get fruit and go, I don't need to order my grocery items on-line this month as I have enough, I am thinking of getting a small cart that is pushed so I can get stuff on the bus easier, a local pharmacy has them as does a supermarket two towns away I've heard, I'd have to take the bus there probably to get it... I did well today, no sweets just vegetables and proteins and avoided donuts at a meeting...

Sounds like your all set with the groceries. Those donuts are a no no in my house, if they are here they call my name all day long. I like to microwave them and eat them hot, with coffee. Have a great day.....Bren

Just passing through Glenn. Glad *not* to hear too much about the arthritis... no news is good news I suppose! It's good to hear you say that all is well. Take care...

Hi info - I have a test on my back Friday afternoon, hopefully things are OK back there in my back! Hi Lisa - aren't you in Pennsylvania like my friends Marge and Teddy? Bren - I LOVE donuts. I looked longingly at them - they even had jelly and Boston creme too and I managed somehow to resist - they're one of the best-tasting foods there is - yet also one of the unhealthiest too, I just remember to think "they're a ball of grease", as one priest on TV said once! I have insomnia tonight so may do some more book editing to make it productive. I hope to be done with Book 1 in a week's time, and by mid February or sooner be on to editing Book 2, then typing the eight or so short stories I've written for another book, then going back to the western and hopefully have all four done by summer's beginning. Working night shift isn't that great as one gets older, it's harder to adjust to it...
