This has been my first day of counting calories. Wow, it is great to have a real idea of what I'm putting in! This site has a great database, and I love being able to add the food items I am really eating. I feel like I can do this!

By documenting your foods,you'll be able to go through it and see what needs to be added or removed. You're carbs are really high and if you want carbs, get them from veggies and fruits, but careful about too much fruit as they're also high. Go through this site and check out the diets. Many to be found.
