Very happy with my weight loss so far. I have changed up my diet to include protein drinks and the Protein Power diet. I have lost 76 lbs since I started this on April 1, 2013. I have had times when I went off for various reasons, the longest was for 3 weeks but I find that I can go back to it, which is something I was never able to do before. I have a long way to go but I know that this time I can and will do it. Feeling-happy and excited.
306.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 126.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's awesome - way to go - you're doing so great! I have gained and lost and gained again in recent times and so your post is motivating for me. I know what you mean about getting right back into it. If you have a bad day here and there, just start again the next day - not all is lost! Keep up the great work. Thank you and I am very happy that you are feeling motivated. I used to beat myself up and feel like a failure if I broke my diet but now, on special occasions especially, I am able to go right back on it. However, I also do my best to not go off because it seems to take so long to get back to the weight I was before I "cheated". For example, I can eat bad for one day and end up taking almost a week to lose what I've gained...it's not worth it, I am sticking to my plan more and more.
