Dont need for any more wt. loss. Never thought I would say that, but true. Low carb is a way of life now and Im finding it hard to re-introduce them into my diet and doing so, I fear, could be a disaster.
137.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

BE CAREFUL. I let my guard down when some friends brought brunch. I've been making wrong decisions ever since. Not a happy feeling. If you don't mind living with low carb, then why take the risk of slipping into bad habits? You've done such a wonderful job. Stay healthy!!

If you followed the plan you re-introduced some carbs along the way in on going weight low then pre maintenance. It's much easier than trying to lose it all on induction then switch over. If you didn't do that now is the time, read up on the different phases or levels to help adjust and get your body to a point it can take the extra carbs but not gain adding in 5 carbs at a time until you see what level is right for you. Don't just go by the seat of your pants or you'll be back where you started. You've done a great job so far, now to complete the task.
