Losing weight isn't an exact science. Even though you ate a certain amount less, it might not show till next week. Many other things factor in to weight loss such as metabolism, the kinds of foods we eat, sodium, medicine, stress, hormones, et. Just keep watching what you eat and exercising. If it doesn't change, change up what you are doing. Good luck!
