This is slow and I think I am not going fast enought for the challenge I entered. bummer
217.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

I feel the same, but remember one thing, the slower you take it off the better of the chance you have of keeping it off. Your chart is looking good you are still going down hill and that's all that matters. Keep up the good work.
