My weight hasn't changed, which is okay with me. I'd rather see the weight going down, but I know I'm losing inches. I've gone down a size, so I must be doing something right. LOL

I mistyped my weight the last time I entered it. It was 220.2 lbs. I'm determined to do the Shred tomorrow along with the Biggest Loser BootCamp dvd....maybe I'll even do the Biggest Loser Yoga just so that I stretch out good.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 76.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

CONGRATS!!! I know how it is to be down a size. I was so excited wanted to wear the tag on the outside so the world could see I was wearing a 12. Now this is the only particular size 12 I can wear, but I am comfortably in a size 14 skirts and pants. The end of last year, I was a 16/18 easily. I put on a pair of my 2X Capri this other day and they fell off of me!!! Usually my hips hold anything up, but not these capri anymore. I could wear them last summer, they were lose but they wouldn't fall off of me :)

Congrats on the down a size. I bet that is such a great feeling (hoping to get there myself someday soon!) Measuring is such an important part when losing weight in my book. You may not see the scale go down, but most don't understand that something more is happening at the time like the melting of inches. Great job!!
