Fatsecret says I have to weigh in ... been too long. Hovering around 111 so far this month. It looks to be my new number.

Nothing else to report. Doing my keto thing. Running every other day and lifting in between. Focussing on inner thighs and abs this month.
110.4 lb Lost so far: 75.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So good to hear you can run every other day. I thought you would be snowed in or something :) I need to start listing weights again. I started in September but stopped when I got an injury (from bad form with the dumbbells). Take Care!

We have had such nice mild weather for January. I am trying to run hard (for me) because when it gets cold it will just be shuffling. Do not love weights as much as running and walking but they are very important. I will always hate lunges.

I want a "ready for anything" suit. Know where I can get one? And yes, lunges suck. Love that you're getting to run so often. I know that's been key to making you happy as well.

Yeah I really like the mental benefits from exercise. I think they are just as important for me as the physical ones. My ready for anything suit may be cute cat pics. LOL

one of the positive things about wearing masks constantly is that they're nice to have when my nose gets too cold when we're walking in the cold. 🥶

Yeah Danana. I do need daily doses of Calvin. Thanks Ruth. It has set on this point :). Kat that is true but I wear glasses and masks and cool air do not mix. Not one bit

Just great, liv!!! I remember running in college on the prairie in AB in the middle of winter! My body still shivers just thinking about it!!!

Did not know you lived in Alberta Melissa. You know exactly what I am talking about then. It can get COLD. But it is still nice for now.

Oh, goodness, liv, I do know. I clearly remember having to walk to school in kindergarten and my early first grades wearing a skirt. Woolen tights did NOT keep out the cold when the wind never stopped blowing. The skin on my legs even now is so sensitive to cold of any kind and just burns! Yikes, I hate the wind blown, sharp snow. But... I miss how pretty it is! 😁 I am glad you are having it warm enough to still run!

I can picture mini Melissa in her woolen tights. Boy I hate woolen tights.... allergic to them but I had to wear them when I was little
