YAY! I was worried I wasn't going to lose much this week, the scale hasn't been showing much of a loss the past few days, so :)!


Hope everyone else had a good week too!
256.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
