So, today was the first day of my exercise routine switcheroo. I used to work out after I got home from work around 8am, but Ive heard that starting your day with exercise can be much more beneficial.So I did it today, I woke up 45 minutes earlier than usual, and used the treadmill for 45 minutes, and I think Im going to like this better. It energizes me, plus 1 hour into my day, I already have my exercise out of the way. I find myself making too many excuses to not work out in the evening because I'm wore out from work. So this way I think it will be easier. :)

Well see if I still like it in the morning! ha ... ( err, evening for you normal people lol )

P.S. It is SO hard to get all of my water in everday. Gosh I feel like I was drinking/going to the bathroom every 5 minutes today, and Ive only had 84.5 ounces today... Grr. Im determined to drink ONE more before bed..

yeah.. I am the same way with exercise.. if I dont do it first thing it will not get done. and water.. :P so much to drink so many potties to visit.. good stuff.
