Feeling SO much better today. I was feeling a little lazy today though, since I haven't exercised all week I was debating on doing it today because I still feel a little "Stuffy" lol :) BUT, I started my DVR'd episode of Hoarders, and I looked across the room to my treadmill and was like, "I'm going to sit here for an hour and watch this anyway, so I might as well walk while I'm in here". So I did. :) and I feel SO much better now.


Ive decided to start a new Mini-Goal for myself. After I got married Adam and I moved, well I moved to be with Adam ( long story lol ) But, I live about 4 hours a way now, so I don't get to see my family as often as I would like. Actually right now is the longest we've gone without visiting. The last time I saw them was on the 4th of July, and I started my weight loss in August, so no one has seen me yet. Eek! lol Adam and I are planning on a trip in the first week of March for my Nephews 2nd birthday party and for us to use some vaca time to get away from work for a little bit. Soooo, I have lost 42.2 pounds so far, and I have approximately 2 full months, plus a few days to lose 18 pounds. eek! I know I will have to work really hard, but I really want to weigh 240 & to have lost 60lbs total by the time we go visit. that would mean I have to lose 9 pounds a month. Which could happen, and it would be awesome if it did, but Im happy with any loss I have between now and then. :)


I was also looking back through my Weight History to see how many pounds im averaging a month in losses, and its kind of all over the place.

Obviously my slower months were through the holidays, but what else I saw was that October was my highest loss and in that month I was inputting my food everyday that month, and staying on track food wise. That was also the month when I got my treadmill and I was using it 5 times a week, So Im going to push myself back into that routine again.
