Anyone else watch the Biggest Looser tonight?
I love that show, but GEEZ!, they frustrate me sometimes. I hate when they get upset at a 6 pound loss for the week. That is HUGE! But, no she felt like she failed because a man the week before lost 41 pounds!! like... WTF! How is that even possible? I enjoy watching it while I work out though, it's motivating. Plus, that Bob is a cutttttttie! ;P

P.S.
I LOVVEEE my new workout schedule. I wish I would of tried it earlier. The mornings .. well, my mornings ( 8pm lol ) Is the perfect time for me! I don't even question doing my workout, once my alarm goes off, Im awake anyway, so it doesn't even cross my mind to do it later. so yay for that! :)

Hope everyone is having a good day!

And a funny: A friend of mine bought this shirt, I thought it was cute!

I used to love the biggest looser then it started to make me sad when I saw some of the crazy things they did. I do still like the before and after shots of weight loss.. I just pretend the bits in the middle went differently. You know with normal food and exercise.. in a supportive environment. :)

That is too funny that you mentioned that show! I have never watched it before last night - but I only caught the beginning. I was thinking the EXACT same thing as you. I don't like how they emphasize such huge scale losses. I think it's a bad thing to drill in people's heads. I think the whole country is too "weight" oriented anyway. The trainer friend we are working with actually thinks my 160 lb. goal is too low. Too low? He says when he is done with us - he thinks I will be happy with my size at 200lbs. Right now I am giving him the benefit of the doubt. Everything else he has told us has worked - so - we'll see! PS: Good job on the working out! You'll be glad with the results. Love the shirt, too!
