I'm going to be honest. I'm a little frustrated today. Ive done everything the exact same way I did it last week, except Ive exercised more, but the scale is showing I gained half a pound. When last week.. I lost 2.5lbs. :/ Grr! My official weigh in isn't until tomorrow, but... after I weighed in I almost just went back to bed and didn't work out because I was so annoyed.. but I reminded myself that "there's nothing to gain by quitting, but weight"... and no matter if I lose anything this week or not, I shouldn't feel bad because I'm still working on a healthier me. I got up and worked out every morning this week, and stayed under my RDI everyday. &! Ive been drinking all the water I'm supposed to. So I'm not going to let this get me down. If the scale shows a loss tomorrow, greattt! But if it doesn't, I'm okay with that.

Also, I remembered a few months ago when my weight stayed still for about 4 days, so I had a high calorie day, and it started things moving again. So I went about 100-200 above my calorie budget today. Not huge, but hopefully enough to let my body know I plan on feeding it again, so its okay to burn some fat off of me! lol

Working out more = possibility of even more water retention in muscles. I've had deficits everyday but b/c I just jumped back into working out, haven't been stretching before & after, and not drinking extra water to flush out my system meant a 4lb up flux on the scale. Happens but then it'll drop off. Keep doing what you're doing, add in another 20oz of water & I'm sure you'll be golden! You're doin' great girl!

I think it's amazing you worked out every morning, that is a great accomplishment! Perhaps, you gained a little muscle. You are probably loosing inches! Keep track of that too, to help motivate yourself!

I should of known thats probably what it was, I was just so annoyed this morning lol But thank you guys!! Im feeling better about it, and im going to measure when I get home and see!! :)

you are doing a fan-freakin-tastic job with your workouts! Next week the water weight will fall off and you'll probably have a nice drop. Happy Friday girl!

Ok Katie you've done some amazing work...you're going to be fine stick to your plan you're doing it right the weight is going no where but down.... rest up enjoy your weekend and kick it next week like you know you can...
