Took my kids out to dinner...but checked menu items at Red Robin before we went. Much easier than stressing while there. The Ensenada chicken platter (1 pc ckn) comes with a small salad. I added a side of broccoli and ate half. Very tasty and filling! I even splurged on the honey poppyseed dressing and stayed under my carb limit! Yay! I recommend it.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Going in prepared makes all the difference. It can be stressful trying to go through the appear while inside the restaurant trying to find something that fits in your limit, yet still tasty all before the waitress comes back.
