I have switched my diet on FatSecret back and forth from Atkins to Calorie Count more times than I can remember. While this may sound wishy washy to some, I think I am finally in the right mindset. FINALLY. I struggle and struggle some more when it comes to Calorie count, as I can't seem to get in the mind set that you can eat this, but only if you eat a little bit of it... I am one of those people who has to cut out the offender completely, and because I struggle with binge eating, Atkins/carb count makes more sense for me as I can eat as much as I want of certain low/no carb items.

So, since I seem to have much better control with Atkins, here I am once again to fight the fat. Even though calorie counting works for some, I have seen results with Atkins before and I am determined to see results once again.
