Regaining wt. slowly and not on purpose...why? I must resume my daily walking routine and increase my water intake. These are the only things different. I REFUSE TO GAIN ANY OF THIS WT. BACK!
139.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

You betcha, do NOT gain it back again, your way better than that. Remember that on maintenance you don't get a free pass to do nothing. You must maintain an active life style to support where you worked so hard to get to. Eat properly, which you know how to do, move it and shake it and hydrate yourself and you'll be fine. Don't ever think that just because your where you want to be you can go back to being a couch potato again, you have to stick with the program as your new way of life.
