Great day yesterday with more more energy. Riding the bike while watching a movie with my daughter was easier than going solo and forcing myself! Yay! Today is Saturday. I am afraid of the family pressure to join in the junk food; however, my weight loss should keep me from giving in. It's usually when I am not losing that I begin giving into temptation! Gotta remember to Just Say No then walk away! Guess that would be a great time to pray and give thanks for the results and how much better I feel.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I have my bike on a trainer on the front porch....I live on a farm so my view is nice....but I miss riding with friends

I think I see a weight loss and celebrate. Then I see a gain....ugh. I need to get my porch ride in now...thanx for motivating me

Glad you are getting out and riding with a great view. That helps! Friends/family joining in the battle really help....although my family thinks they help by saying no or asking if I should be eating this or that. I tell them I am not on the no no diet! I need their encouragement not their negativity! That's a big reason I fell off the wagon several months ago.
