Didn't do that great this week... too many cocktails... According to my food diary, I'm glad there was no more collateral damage than this... I really have a hard time when I'm this close to my goal... All resolve goes right out the window! I figure, my clothes fit me well, and I 'appear' to be 'thin'... After all, when you actually think about it, I am still within 6 pounds of my goal, and that's what MAINTENANCE IS FOR... Am I really on MAINTENANCE or do I still want to achieve my elusive 'goal weight'? That is a good question! [I think my actions speak louder than my words...] This does NOT mean I've given up on ACHIEVING MY GOAL, it just means I need to 'let it idle' for a while, then I'll be able to pick up where I left off...The KEY is NOT TO GAIN during this reprieve!
148.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
