Discovered a secret to eating a little lighter at dinner! We visited a cute "Tapas" (appetizers) restaurant last night and shared a bunch of different things. Great way to get little tastes of everything without over eating.
144.5 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
