This is so exciting. AHH! :) I honestly cant remember being in the 250's EVER. I think I remember being like 242..243.. then the next thing I remember I was 267. EEK! But this is awesome. Even with being sick this week and not working out, sticking to my plan has paid off. :)


HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!
258.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 78.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1497 kcal Fat: 57.74g | Prot: 85.55g | Carb: 205.80g.   Breakfast: Dannon light yogurt. Lunch: doritos, three cheese ziti. Dinner: Cucumber, Light Catalina, Light Pringles, Sara Lee Reduced Calorie wheat bread, Sargento Colby Jack Reduced Fat Cheese, Jennie-O Turkey Burger, Lettuce, Tomato. Snacks/Other: Sargento String Cheese, Skim milk, fruit loops, slim jim. more...
