I just missed! but I think it's close enough to say that my goal of 200 has been met. Looking back, I think losing 27 pounds in 2 months was probably a bit much but I ate the right foods and I exercised.

My ultimate goal is going to be 165 to 175 and maintaining that but for now, I am going to add more calories to my diet and work slowly to 185 and at the same time, try to add more activities such as joining a gym. I'm sure between muscle gain and weight loss, it will be a balance.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
