Running on a Treadmill vs. Outside
I've been run/walk/jogging on a treadmill for the past year just about every other day. I find running on the road a bit more difficult. I would suggest as the weather gets warmer, try to hit the road instead of the treadmill.
I'm trying to balance my time now. I'm trying to spend less time on the treadmill and more on the road.
Others have some good advice, so I won't repeat what they have already said.

Hello FatSecret!
I love Coca Cola! Especially Mexican Coca Cola. I basically cut soda out totally. Since Jan1, I think I've only had 1 bottle of Mex Coca Cola.
20 lbs by May is possible. That's about 2 pounds per week. I'm aiming for about the same loss within the same amount of time.
