Holy cow!!! -2.6 lbs in 1 week?!?!? It wos the housework wot dun it. Well, that and the dancing! DH and I went dancing for the first time in months. Had a great time, but dang, am I out of practice!
151.2 lb Lost so far: 48.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
