Howdy, friends! I'm back. Just couldn't deal for a while -- very sorry about that. I'm slowly going through everyone's journals and catching up.
The keen observer will notice that most of my calories today and yesterday are in the form of low-calorie Gatorade, the G2 kind. (Grape flavor. It could be worse.) I have a "two-ice-picks-in-the-forehead" headache that I suspect is from a sinus infection. And I've been drinking so much coffee in the course of losing the most recent 30 pounds that I think I must be dehydrated in a big way, thus the Gatorade.
