When I first started trying to loose weight I remember thinking, there is no way I can do this, I have way too much to loose. But using fat secret has helped tremendously. If you let yourself get out of control to the point where you have absolutely no idea how much you are eating, you are in dangerous territory. Simply knowing how many calories you are putting in makes the world of a difference. I'm so glad I found this website!
146.5 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
