so the folks have been here for 5 days and i'm still doing good which is great :0)
Mum has been joining me on my walks and while i fully apprecaite her support it does mean that we go at a slower pace and maybe for not quite as long. This morning i got up 15 mins early for work and as she doesnt join me on work days i tried to put in a good walk. Think i will continue this rescheduling and then everyone still benefits. Well that is as long as the earlier mornings dont kill me...
209.4 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

As much as we appreciate the company, sometimes it can be a little "unwelcome" when others join our exercising. I totally get you on this. I love with Wife walks with me, and it gives me something extra, but it doesn't help my calorie burn, as we walk MUCH slower, though we do go the same route/distance. Now, when anyone asks me if they can join me going to the gym, I don't mind. But when they ask if they can train WITH me? Hell no. Here I need 100% benefit. You can follow me and keep up, but that's about all. :)
