This way of eating just keeps getting easier and easier and the weight is falling off again. YAY!!!

Can't wait to eat my Atkins Thanksgiving meal YUM!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
