Hi my name is Robin i'm 46 years old a mother to 2 great boys (teens 16 & 14), a wonderful supportive husband of 16 years.

I have come to a point in the road where it is a dead end, the choice to change my way of eating has come from my eyesite. Its a choice being 60 and blind or being 60 and able to see my grandchildren. I choose the grandchildren.

I really want to feel better and live a fuller life. It's time for a change and I'm ready to make it!!

Atkins Flu? Please help!
What does your food log say, are you eating enough fat and protein? Are you eating enough veggies (6 cups raw & 2 cups cooked)every day?
I had some trouble at first with feeling quezzie but, it went away in about 2 days. Also, they say to drink broth, that iw suppose to be the cure for the atkins flu from what i have read.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Iwas weighing myself everyday but, seeing the fluctuations was getting down so, i've stopped for now.
