So I stopped dieting for a while. I'm getting fed up with this cycle. I'm going to begin recording food again and attempt to simply reduce my calories while actively eating more vegetables and fruit. I'm now training for a mud run 5k in September so that is plenty of motivation to get in shape.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Now that sounds like fun! Mudrun! Good goal. Hope recording food again will help. I wasn't recording faithfully last month, and wonder, is it the recording of food, or just our brain that clicks us into gear, or both:-)
