GOOD MORNING to all of my lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!


So yesterday was better. Certainly not full on South Beach by any stretch but I was within my calorie count even with the junk food I ate instead of dinner.

I don't have any new news on my family for now, I will keep you guys posted as I learn things.

Old Man Scale: Well I apparently was able to wash away some of the salty gain from the week-end. But I am still three lbs up. Those might well be real as poorly as I have been eating and no exercise....

I am leaving my goals as is, even though it is looking less likely to reach them. I still want to force myself to STRETCH to make them!


January Goals:
Ceiling: 10lbs to 230, Floor goal: 5 more lbs (235)

Next Mini: 235! 3.5lbs more!

Goal by my birthday, March 15th: weigh in @ 220.


Calories: 1500 - 1800
1800 - 2000 more calories used than eaten
Veggie/fruit/legume goal: 4 cups a day
Mon: 1-2 Tues: Wed: Thurs: Fri: Sat: Sun:

Exercise goal: /200

Wed:
Thurs: 60 mins yoga
Fri:
Sat: 60 mins yoga
Sun: 45 min walk
2009 Goals - Floor: Down 65 to 177 (College Freshman weight), Mid-range: 75lbs lost to 167 (HS Weight) & Ceiling Goal: Weigh in at 150 (92 lost) Don't remmeber when!
241.5 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep washing it all through with lots of water. And don't forget that fibre is your friend =D Great job sending some of the gain packing already.

So a little clarification about my comments on my goals. I meant the January deadline ones, not all of them. I had a concerned private comment about not giving up, which I GREATLY appreciate, however, never fear, I am NOT giving up :D
