End of week 1 Phase 1. I am down 3.5 lbs which is pretty good. Less than I usually lose on phase 1 but hopefully it was actual pounds rather than just water weight. I feel leaner. My face isn't as puffy. So, I will just keep on truckin!

I would take fewer pounds and feel and look slimmer than more pounds and feel and see no difference! Sometimes the pounds come off in clumps anyway, literally. lol. Go get 'em graciepoo!
