ANY loss is fine by me. One more released to the atmosphere! Still on a mission to get my water back up... only getting a half gallon in... want to AT LEAST double that. Have a good un, ya'll!
266.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
