GOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...tryin to get my eyes to pop open today...was a busy day again yesterday..after my morning workouts i did an afternoon walk and then brian called while i was gone, an i went out to his house an we cut wood...did about a load of wood...needless to say by the time i got home at 3...that was all my body wanted to do...almost didnt have salad for supper cause i was just to tired to cut it up, but i made the effort an today im happy to report im down another pound...just amazing how this works..lol...the more you eat, down goes the weight...awesome!!!!...today is store day and ive already made out my list so i can do the best i can when im there...not sure whats in the plans for today..brian said he might call again today to split wood...hes about to run outta wood, even for all we had already split up...so now its a mad dash to stay ahead of his wood burner...well need to get this body up...sounds windy outside today, but nothin on the ground yet...hopefully the ground will stay snowless...and all the rest of you will get to enjoy the white stuff...lol...have a great day..keep that challenging that body...it likes a challenge to make it work harder...

So with all that activity, how did you find time to come mess with my scales again, ET! Glad you got to see the weather - I'll bet your eyelids were at half-mast, though. You're gonna wear out your pedometer at the rate you're going! I just passed the 4 million step mark on Walker Tracker, but I had a head start. :)

You have that fancy schmancy pedometer! Mine is a cheap piece of crap. I have thought about clipping the pedometer on my clothing somehow - just to see how much "exercise" I get at work. The movement I do at work does not feel like exercise at all. I simply feel as though I am "on my feet all day." Thanks soooooooooo much for the advice about the importance of rest! I needed that reminder!

my pedometer came from wally world..had to order it online they didnt have it in the store..but well worth the price..i use to have a cheaper pedometer an like you i kept loosin steps..would hit it accidently and when id look at end of walk it would say 0...so i parked that one an paid a few dollars more for a better one...the one i use now is an omron hj-112
