A little loss. I'm on a roll. Kids back to school tomorrow. Back to my routine. I battled nights one and two of this weekend's difficult social events. Tonight is the toughest -- the Italian restaurant. But I am feeling pretty confident with the two nights passed successfully so far. I'm gonna study the menu a little more before I go. Now, off to do my treadmill. Yak at ya later!

Hope all my FS friends and family are having a happy day!
158.9 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, that "little" loss was almost a pound and you did it in one day! No shrugging off that achievement now, ya hear? LOL. Seriously, you obviously made great choices this weekend. Stay strong tonight!

I am finding that drinking 20oz water before eating is helping me with portion control. I joined that water challenge that starts tomorrow where you drink 1/2 your wt. in water. It's good! Have a great week!
