Bring it! It doesn't take that much room and have fun!

I say bring it! Our health is important. Bringing a scale is really a small price to pay if it helps maintain health. 😊

Take-The-Scale :) Your consistency is how you take care of your health. It is what works for you :)

Take it. I have been known to bring my own food and snacks to the in-laws because it's the only way that I can stay on track and that's important to me.

A few years ago I actually packed my scale in my checked bag to take with me on vacation. So yeah not laughing.

I’ve always wanted to bring it but I’ve always left it at home. I do however bring snacks, propel, Splenda etc. I also always log food. I think it’s nice to get away from the scale for a few days since I’m obsessed with weighing daily.

Hummm.... Depend on how long you stay there. If less than a week, I would not. I just want to enjoy with them. More than 2 weeks, probably I would. When I trip to Japan about 2 weeks, I don’t bring it though. When I return from there, I check my weight. But it doesn’t show the number I really concern. In Japan, I don’t drive so I use train or bus. I need to walk from station to station. I think this activity makes burn calories I consume. In short, enjoy eating and move well. Have a good time!

Gosh, I don't know this answer. Depends on how long the trip is, if it's a sitting type vacation or a moving one, and if I have strict weight limits on what I can bring. I suspect I'd bring it if I was driving.

Bring it! We’re going camping and I can’t bring my body scale but I’ll be bringing my kitchen scale to stay on track

Bring it! You'll be more relaxed that way.

Oh if we are taking kitchen scale then yes I’d bring it for sure! I’ve often taken mine to family get together and holidays. One time I even brought my measuring cup haha. I knew the menu ahead of time so I logged the portions I expected to eat and just measured them out when I made my plate (last so I didn’t hold anyone up).

Either body or food scale my opinion is that you should not. It is a good ocassion to practice real portion control and "measure" your shelf within your clothes.

Leave it. Use theirs. Relax and enjoy your time. Happy travels
