Well - I decided I better make fatsecret my homepage again (along with the rest of the world this first Monday of 2009). I have to say it was a bit depressing to see what my wt was in June compared to now. This should definitely give me the kick necessary to stick with the Extreme Fat Smash Diet. Good luck to everyone on achieving goals!!!!!

Hey, we've all put on some weight... My current weight says 164.. I STARTED this site at 145, lol... I've seen lows and I've seen highs... Just remember that we're doing this for us and if it takes a few set backs and we hit a few bumps in the road... it's all worth it in the end! The longer we try, the better we'll get!!! Good luck to ya!!
