Treated to early Father's Day lunch by a daughter at the Cheese Cake Factory. They have the best bread and cheesecake ever. Overindulged as expected but made that my one meal for the day. Calorie intake and burn were a wash. Another victory in the endless search for health and fitness.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
