Did not get too much exercise in yesterday and also missed lunch. THis seems to gain weight for me. I cant say why......... :(

But never will I give up. I think I am still doing great and I will keep climbing the ladder of success. IA
178.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
