Wow, what a surprise. Down.

I had a pretty lazy day yesterday, walked 2 X 30 mins on an incline and did a little weight other than that just did nothing. My entire life focus has become dropping this weight, all I do I'd read up on the Atkins diet, look at receipts and then read more. I think it has become a little obsessive. I don't mind because maybe this is the way to lloose this weight I have been struggling for in decades. Since my last child, who is 23 now, the lowest I have been is 167. I want to at least get there. I am making small goals for myself right now because I don't want to get dis heartened.

My first goal is 175. Today at 179, only 4 pounds to go. :-)

I am really happy about getting there, I think maybe in the next 2weeks.

many wedding functions coming up in the end of this month and the first week of July, I hope that I can fit t into some of my part wear. I tried one o. Today and it fit, but it was a little snug, if I went down maybe 5 more it will be perfect and some.
