I am so thrilled. I personally had a mini goal and I met it today. I m so pumped, I watch every bite that goes in my mouth.

I missed exercising a couple of days ago, but started up gain yesterday. Walking with weights an then working my arms.

I ask God to keep me strong and help me to stay on this diet.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
