I was so excited to see the weight drop. I am watching every carb that goes in my mouth. I usually pick up whatever comes my way and in the mouth it goes. For the last 2 days I have been very strict. 20g carbs is max.

I keep my eating very simple, no fancy dishes. Salad and animal protein and max 4oz cheese.

I take 2 adkins shakes as my daily snaks, one in the morning and one as a night snack.

Usually night time snacking is what gets me really down and away from my goals, the shake really fills me up and the cravings are gone.

181.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi There, just wanted to share with you something I'm struggling with. I also have been using the Atkins products for snacks (I eat the bars) once in the morning and one in the afternoon. I was gaining and loosing the same 2 pounds for 1 week straight. Upon the advise of another member, I stopped eating them and already within a couple days the numbers on the scale are going down. Just wanted to share my experience! Good Luck!
