I just have to laugh when I've lost 2 pounds overnight (the end of my Lady's Days), and FS tells me, "You're losing weight at the rate of 15.4 lbs a week." Right!!!! LOL!!!
172.2 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 June 2013:
