I do so well for a week and then... BAMO!! "Nuttn Honey!"
"Sherriff Joe Scale" has not been nice to me lately, I feel like I'm behind bars in this Plateau Prison!
I'm going to stay focused though. Positive is just a bit harder.
The other night, I felt like I ate too much, I know I didn't, but since I didn't cut the chicken breast in half like normal, I ate the whole 6 oz! I know it's silly to say 6 oz of protein food is too much, but I should have stopped when satified, not full!!

218.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

learning to stop when you're full and not stuffed just seems impossible to me. that's been one of my major downfalls lately. that scale will move again. you just have to remain focused. stupid scales don't tell the truth sometimes.

Isn't that just an evil lil trick?? I completely understand and have finally "gotten it" to stop when no longer hungry, not FULL. It's so hard, when you think you want more, but really know that you do not need more. No worries! I'm sure that was not the fault that is keeping you here, lol. Look at the sodium intake. :)

Thanks guys... I think I ate it because it was sitting there and that is BAD! I had already cut it in half, and had left it on the serving plate, but I was upset and it was beconing to me :p

At least you just ate protein. :) Your scale will move again. Try to look at the overall picture. You're doing great. Look at how far you have come already. You found something that works for you and you know you can do it!

Im sure eating the chicken breast wont be a problem for long. You are doing great and sometimes I think our bodies just need a little adjustment time and we "stall" while our bodies catch on to the new way we are eating.. that's my personal theory and Im stickin with it! I also agree that it is difficult to try to stop eating when not hungry anymore as opposed to "full". I think its like any new talent, the more we practice it and keep it in mind.. the easier it will get. Each time we do it right, it gets easier. Keep up the good work
