I've been doing really well with cutting down on my sugar intake. I've been eating fairly healthy, too. My only set back is my water intake. For some reason I have a hard time developing that habit.
Got my bags packed for the gym tonight. Going straight after work.
235.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 86.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

I never did master the water thing. I just don't like it. I have learned to like flavored water, tea with artificial sweetener, etc. I always drank plenty of fluids but never much water and lost just fine. You've made a big step by cutting down on your sugar intake and eating healthier. Best wishes!

GREAT job on cutting the SUGAR down!! =D YOU know we HAVE to do that, permanently. Or we'll not have the lives that we want for our girls. ;) WE CAN DO THIS!!! Keep up the GREAT WORK, we'll MEET our GOALS. ENVISION IT!!
