This week I've lost 5.3 lbs!

Looks like hard work DOES pay off!

Too bad I can't walk anymore until my blister heals! BOOO! Hissss!

I'll have to be extremely diet conscious this week, to keep it off!

But I can do this!





152.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Well done, I can empathise about the blisters. My heels look as though someone has used a potato masher on them .. ouch.
