Still sticking to the diet. It's actually getting a little bit automated now. I know portion sizes, I have things saved in meals. I have my staple meals and I check anything outside of my guidelines carefully before eating it. All smooth sailing at the moment. Been off the rails a little with the exercising though, and with the daily routine. I think that is ok, though. I am on vacation after all, and I am just doing things to enjoy myself a bit. I'll try to get back to being a bit more regimented next week when I am back to work.

NO migraines.

Been feeling slightly headache-y in the mornings the last two days, I think that is due to taking the methscopolamine less. Sticking with that plan though. At least I have been more regular and I think that is a good thing. I keep weighing in, probably don't really need to. Gonna exercise now and keep at the things I've been working on. Looking forward to my many social events this week. Glad Mom and Dad are home. Everything is good.
