It's been a pretty good week for the most part, I ended up getting sick over the weekend but I knew it was inevitable since everyone in the house got hit and everyone at work around me is sneezing. I'm just now starting to feel better but I haven't worked out in 4 days and I'm feeling somewhat guilty about that. I'm wondering if it's OK to use being sick as a reason to not work out...hmmm something I'll have to think about. I do believe i'll head back tomorrow since it's so easy to get into a funk of not working out so I really try not to miss too many days.

179.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Make sure you give your body time to recover. I also feel like you do when I've been sick and it seems that after a while I really should get up and move. I think I MIGHT feel better is I just get up and exercise but my doctor said that Im wrong. When you are sick you need to make sure you are fully recovered before you start exercise again or you can have a "set back". You're the only one that knows your body, so you will know when the time is right. Awesome weight chart you got going there!! Fantastic!
