I'm down 2lbs this morning and I suppose the question of the day is WHY? Let's see, what did I do different. Didn't exercise yesterday. Didn't drink as much water. Didn't have any candy. Took methscopolamine only once. If I had to guess, I would put my money on a combination of not exercising, not drinking as much water, and not taking as much methscopolamine. I'll continue with the lower dosage of methscopolamine and drink more water and exercise today and see what the scale says tomorrow, but then I am going to stop weighing in until Monday because I think constantly looking at the scale is not doing me any favors. Then I will just try to weigh in once a week and make sure I am not going up in weight and hopefully continuing to go down.

No migraines.

Health still steady otherwise. Still having problems with the blood in the mouth daily, but gonna try and go to the dentist sometime soon and the eye doctor and get some new glasses, contacts, and see what is going on with my teeth. If I can. Otherwise health seems good and steady. Other than the perpetual fatigue, which I am beginning to suspect could be due to the medications I take. Whatever the case may be I need those meds right now, so I am going to continue to take them. At some point hopefully I can get off those meds and I will be more active, but for now, I'll continue.
