So far so good with my weight. It is going down slowly but surely. I wish it would go a little faster but I guess that's never healthy. I'm very excited about finding this site and hope that you all bear with me. I feel so lost sometimes but thanks to everyone who has guided me so far!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing great!! According the to system here you are losing at a rate of 2.8 lbs per week and that is really better than average by a long shot. I wish I could lose that much per week. It helps to think of this as a new way of learning to eat healthier and be healthier.. its not really a diet, its a life style change. You can still have your occassional treats, but like I use to do.. I can't eat a whole box of dough-nuts in two days and think thats healthy or that I won't gain weight... silly how I use to kill myself with food. You're doing just great. It takes time to find your way around this site but you will find lots of friends here to help you anytime. Great way on losing weight AND completeing the mini challenge this week. Way to go Yellow Sunshine Seeker!

They're all right, slow loss is healthier and from everything I have heard, you are more likely to keep it off. Keep posting to your journal, it's interesting to see how things are going and it's nice to give something back.
